Dime Lash Serum Overview
Dime Eyelash Boost Serum is the eyelash formula from the instagram famous brand Dime. Where they have over 100 thousand followers.
Dime have appeared in magazines such as Vogue and Elle.
However, just because a company is successful doesn’t mean all their products work as promised.
Dime Lash Serum has a blend of amino acids, pepetides (Biotinoyl Tripeptide-1 and Myristoyl Pentapeptide-4) and panthenol.
The serum promises to increase keratin production and micro-circulation around eyelash follicles.
If you’re like me and you’re struggling to find an affordable eyelash growth product that actually works then keep reading as I dig into Dime Lash Serum.

How Long Does Dime Lash Serum Take to Work?
I read a lot of different things in the reviews regarding the time it takes to see results.
Of course, results vary between individuals, but you can expect to see progress after one bottle. That’s 60 days of consistent use.
Before determining if the product works for you I recommend using it for at least 2 months or 60 days. I know that seems like a long time to wait to see results.
How do you use Dime Lash Serum?
To use Dime Lash Serum apply daily to the base of the upper and lower eyelashes. There is an easy to follow how to tutorial on the website that is done by the founder, Baylee.
You must continuously and consistently use the serum to aid in the conditioning and appearance of your lashes.
The application of Dime Lash Serum is actually quite simple.
- You simply moisten the tip of the wand and apply a small amount of serum to the base of your lashes, as if applying eyeliner. There is no need to go overboard and use too much product.
- It’s best to do this on a clean face. In the morning before applying the rest of your makeup or perhaps in the evening right before going to bed.
- If a mild tingling sensation occurs, apply every other day.
- As the Dime Lash Serum starts to get low, I find that shaking the bottle is necessary to ensure that the product is on the application wand.
What you need to know about Dime Lash Serum
Shopping online is tricky. Normally, I only do online shopping when I have already tried a product or it comes highly recommended from a friend.
I was a bit annoyed by the website because I kept trying to read the ingredients and I had a banner that was popping up.

Side Effects of Dime Lash Serum
Some people experienced irritation and burning feelings after using Dime Lash Serum. These experiences were limited but something to keep in mind, especially if you have a history of having irritable skin.
Like many products that are applied to the eye area it is important to realize that you may experience:
- Red, dry, or itchy eyes
- Eye and eyelid swelling or irritation
- Darkening of the eyelid skin
- Brown pigment in the iris of the eye
- Allergic reaction
Dime Lash Serum Testimonials
On their website, their verified users have scored the product 4,6 out of 5. This is with over 8 thousand reviews. They also have a Q&A section. I’m curious to know what people are saying about it.
YouTuber Milabu made her own investigation into Dime Lash Serum vs Grandelash with her friend. She thought that Grandelash at the beginning was irritating, however in the end it really showed results.
She didn’t really find any results with Dime. Perhaps Dime is too cheap and the product doesn’t live up to the other Dime products.
Dime Lash Serum Reddit
I did see that Dime Lash Serum was a topic on Reddit but was mysteriously removed. I would have liked to know what people were saying and why it was removed.
Unfortunately there are not a lot of testimonials on independent review sites online which makes me wonder about this product.

Important Things to Consider
Having read some customer reviews the product can burn your eyes. I would approach this product with caution.
Some people were claiming that the product did nothing even after 3 months of consistent use although the results seemed to vary greatly from person to person.
I wasn’t able to find any studies that proved the serum actually worked.
How Much Does Dime Lash Serum Cost?
Individually Dime Lash Serum costs $44 and with a subscription it costs $37.40
Final Thoughts
After all the time and energy I spent on this product, I wish I could say that I’m thrilled with the results. However, that’s just not the case. I don’t understand how you can offer a 60 day return policy while promising to see results after 60 days. That seems kind of pointless to me.
The results take too long to show and I’m not sure this is the best eyelash serum on the market. I would rather spend a little bit more money on a product like Lash24 that has more positive and instantaneous results.
I do love their sustainability policy. I love the fact that they minimize plastic and only use recycled and recyclable plastics when necessary.
My hunch is that Dime is a legitimate company with some great products but their lash serum is not their specialty.
